1.High School Average rating not lower than 85%.
2.No grades below 83% in Mathematics, English and
Science and Technology.
3.Satisfactory rating in the Teacher Aptitude Test (TAT).
4.Satisfactory interview results.
5.Transferring students must have passed 70% of the
units enrolled in during the preceding semester.
COLLEGE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY
1.High School average not lower than 80%
2.No grades below 80% in Mathematics, English and
Science and Technology.
3.Satisfactory interview results.

LABORATORY HIGH SCHOOL
1.Applicants must have an average grade of 85% and
above.
2.Photocopy of Elementary Form 138 (Report Card)
3.Photocopy of Applicant's Live Birth Certificate
4.Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
5.Two (2) recent and identical 1½" x 1½" pictures
6.One (1) Long Folder (white)
Admission Procedures
1.Secure an application form from the Office of Student Affairs.
2.Fill up the application form and submit the same together with the aforementioned requirements.
3.Pay the Application and CAT Fees to the University Collecting Officer.
4.Present Official Receipt (OR) at the Office of Student Affairs for CAT schedule.
5.Take the examination on the scheduled date given by the Office of the Student Affairs.
6.Check results of examination from the Office of Student Affairs a week after taking the exam.
7.Take the aptitude test and submit for an interview in the College where they intend to enroll upon passing the CAT.
Note:
1.CAT results will be ranked to determine the students who will be admitted into each curricular program of the different
colleges of the University.
2.Applicants who did not qualify in their first-choice of curricular program may elect to enroll in their second or third
choices depending on the availability of slots in those programs.

CapSU College Admission Test (CAT) Guidelines and Requirements
1.A complete APPLICATION FORM (secured from the Office of the Student Affairs) duly filled-up by the applicant personally.
2.Photocopy of High School report card duly signed or authenticated by the Principal or Registrar.
3.Certificate of Good Moral Character
4.Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
5.Two (2) recent and identical 1" x 1"; pictures signed at the back by the applicant.
6.Official Receipt of Application Fee (P 20.00) and CAT Fee (P 125.00) to be paid by the applicant to the University Collecting
Officer. All fees are non-refundable.
